Returns & Warranties
Our business is built on our customers' satisfaction.
We strive to offer only products that are well made and that do what they promise. We want you to be
completely happy with your purchases from us. If for any reason an item does not meet your needs, please
let us know. You may return the product in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund. Special order merchandise and items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee, at
our discretion. All of our products are covered by a one-year warranty, unless otherwise specified.
When returning a product, please contact us by phone or e-mail so that we may direct the package to the
correct address. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit on the credit card with which you
made your purchase. Freight costs will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error or a
product defect.

When you place an order, we request certain information from you. We need your name and address to ship
your order or contact you with questions about your order and we need your credit card number and
expiration date to process your order.
We take all the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the personal information you provide.
